DESCRIPTION

The State of New Jersey needed a cohesive brand identity system for a major government initiative reaching 500+ attendees statewide.

I designed the complete brand identity and visual system, creating a flexible design framework that seamlessly worked across 15+ touchpoints—from digital platforms and mobile apps to physical signage and promotional materials. Working directly with C-level stakeholders including the Chief of Staff and Chief Director of Diversity & Inclusion, I translated strategic objectives into compelling visual narratives while maintaining strict brand standards.

When the project demanded rapid iteration, I demonstrated design agility by reformatting and designing 200+ presentation slides under tight deadlines, coordinating emergency print production to ensure flawless execution. The result was a professional, cohesive brand experience that elevated the initiative's presence and effectively communicated the state's commitment to the program's mission.
